Our Team is looking for a Portuguese speaking Customer Care Representative.

A Customer Care Representative is the frontline professional who supports travelers during their trips, ensuring a smooth, enjoyable, and problem-free travel experience. Their role combines customer service, communication, problem-solving, and knowledge of tourism products and destinations.

  

  • Welcome shifts at the airport depending arrival schedule 24/7.
  • Answer inquiries about the destination, tours, accommodation, transport, and travel requirements.
  • Provide clear, accurate, and friendly information to help customers make informed decisions during their stay.
  • Handling complaints related to delays, cancellations, overbookings, lost items, or service dissatisfaction
  • Remaining calm, empathetic, and professional in stressful situations
  • Remuneration is base wage & commission on sales
  • We offer free lance (VAT Number needed) or contracted option.
